why is it that chinese crested dogs usually have the most physical defects?


But did you see the winner….. you’ve got to admit he was pretty darn ugly!
Unfortunately Chinese crested don’t seem to age well! If you noticed with the winners most of them had a bit of age on them. The breed is naturally prone to losing its teeth at a fairly early rate which of course causes the tongue to fall out. They kinda get a lil funky on the top hair…. age is a rough thing!! I might as well add that those were probably not the best bred dogs to represent the breed. A young healthy Chinese crested is a beautiful dog if taken care of properly. Lots of work and patience with the breed but devoted owners I’m sure would tell you it’s more then worth it!!!
