I just wash my Crested’s clothes in with my own.. most people I know just wash the dog’s clothes with their own.

I would NOT wash your dog’s clothes in commercial detergents and certainly not use fabric softener or dryer sheets if he/she is prone to allergies.
I have used only a few drops of a very mild dish soap and handwashed her sweaters. I then just draped them over something to air dry.
