Your dog could have fleas and may be allergic to the bites. Get a vet’s opinion.
Cranberry Dog’s Chinese Cresteds
If it isn’t fleas, then try putting some plain old oatmeal in the foot part of an old pantyhose. Hang it from the faucet and let bath water flow over it releasing the natural chemicals in the oatmeal out into the bath. Then let your baby sit in it. If fleas are a problem, the best flea bath I have ever used (was told about this from a vet) give your dog a bath in Dawn dish detergent. It will kill the fleas!
